BAD IMAGE

Hi, 

I  just want to share my family's experience with Great Image SM San Lazaro branch. I just want to complain that afternoon of May 23, 2010. My sister decided to pay for the family portrait photos and she paid P3,500. 

We had like 15 minutes of photo shoot but because we're on a tight budget we were not able to print all of the photos. But your CASHIER (Girl) and 1 Staff (Guy) ASSURED us many times that OUR PHOTOS WILL BE SAVE IN THEIR DATABASE AND WILL BE GOOD FOR ONE YEAR SO WE CAN JUST GO BACK AND HAVE THEM REPRINT AT A PRICE OF P200.

Honestly, The P200 WAS A RIPPED OFF! FOR 1 PHOTO TO BE PUBLISH IN FACEBOOK I HAVE TO PAY P200?!! EXCUSE ME!! There was a poster hanging in your store about getting a photo package and you can have your photos posted in facebook. When I asked your rep (girl and the boy) she said that its no longer available. But what I don't understand is why is there a posting for that promotion still!!!

Ok it's not available, so we moved on. We were able to print the photos we selected and before we left we asked them again about the photos that will be save for one year in their data base and the girl said: "Pwede nyong balikan ung pics niyo at upload natin sa facebook nyo.."

It has been 2 months since we visited the store so my sister yesterday July 9, 2010 decided to drop by SM SAN LAZARO to print the remaining photos and to her surprise here was her exact text message to me:

"Hay naku ata Mk at Kuya Brian nakakainis ung Great Image sa SM SAN LAZARO. Di ba sabi sa atin nung nagpapicture tayo na pwede nating balikan ung pics natin at iupload sa facebook na ang bayad ay P200 per upload good for 1 year from the date that we took the pic!

Alam mo ba excuse nila sa akin now PROMO LANG DAW UN. Matagal na daw wala un. Andun din ung photograper, pinagalitan ko sila. At alam mo ba sabi sa akin di mo ba maintindihan MISS WALA NA!! Aba naginit dugo ko. Sabi ko Kuya niintihdan ko pero UNG SENSE NG CUSTOMER SERVICE NIYO DI NIYO PINAIRAL. SABI KO I'M DISAPPOINTED TAPOS UMALIS NA AKO.

Tapos sabi lang nung photographer na mataba na maputi at chinito CGE, CGE,CGE NA... Kainis!! Sarap sabunutan!!"


You may find it funny but we don't. Those photos were very memorable to us especially to my mom who had been begging us to have a family photo shoot before she dies. Those were memorable photos and we lost them because of bad customer service.

Hindi na eto dahil sa hindi namin na upload ung photos sa facebook eh, it's about TRUST. We trusted them. We asked them many times and they said yes we can always come back and print the rest of the pictures but they BROKE THEIR PROMISE.

You know Great Image, one of the things I have learned in my life is to VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS. It is true that CUSTOMERS MAY NOT ALWAYS BE RIGHT. BUT WHEN YOU MAKE A PROMISE YOU HAVE TO LIVE UP TO THAT PROMISE.  

GREAT IMAGE SM SAN LAZARO BRANCH BROKE OUR TRUST. WE WERE DECEIVED AND MISLEAD! 

If we were only well off I will not hesitate to waste my time and money and file a case against your company and your people for misleading us.  But given the circumstances that we have to work for a living i'm not gonna do that but instead we that is my mom, my sisters and me VOWED to never go back to your SM SAN LAZARO BRANCH and NEVER patronize ALL GREAT IMAGE branches ever again.. 

That's a commitment Great Image and we promised to do it for the rest of our life.
